The following service is optional with all ViaTalk service plans for an additional charge of $1.95/mo. ViaTalk is re-writing the rules for phone service flexibility and ease of use.

About ViaTalk Parked Number Forwarding

Parked Number Forwarding is a feature that allows you to select a telephone number, that is active on our network, to play a recording to callers advising them to dial an alternate telephone number of your choosing.

For just $1.95 per month you can ensure that your friends, family, and business associates know the best number to reach you in the event of a number change or pending transfer.

Please note, this feature will only be functional while the number is active on our network. If you elect to transfer your telephone number away, calls will be sent to the new carrier network when the transfer has completed.

To Configure & Use Parked Number Forwarding:

1. Call 1-866-626-7150 or submit a support ticket to enable Parked Number Forwarding.
