About ViaTalk Incoming Caller ID with Name
Caller ID w/ name allows you to see not only the number of the party calling you, but the name associated with that number as well.
To Configure & Use Incoming Caller ID with Name:
- All ViaTalk accounts are preconfigured with Caller ID with Name Service.
- Use any Caller ID with Name enabled phone.
